Adhesion Paradox was a two-part interactive art installation that took place in New York City in July, 2012 and in Seoul, South Korea in October, 2012. It was conceived by Seung-Chul Lee, a professor at Dongduk University in Seoul and expert in traditional Bojagi Korean fabric and Hanji Korean paper.

For this installation, Lee sought to unite traditional Korean customs with modern Western art. To do this, he brought in Luisa Corvaria and Mark Kleback, interaction designers from NYU's Interactive Telecommunications Program.

The exhibit uses projections, motion sensors, camera vision, sound design, and animation to enhance an immersive experience in the traditional fabric.
